Not that we were in need of a break since Christmas break
just ended, but we were blessed with a snow day anyway. (Well 2 of them actually.) We made the most of it!
We have a great hill right at the end of our cul-de-sac. Slopes and friends at our fingertips. (Audrey and Kyndal below.)
Getting up isn't as easy and getting down, but that didn't bother Codey. He must have done the hill 30 times. Not Kyndal...only 3x...and on my lap...and only 1/2 way down the hill. But she smiled this time. Better than the tears from last year.
Putting his head down to keep the powder out of his face. Successful.
And, as always, the perfect finale to a day on the slopes...hot cocoa.
