Some secrets are ok to keep

Usually secrets are not ok in this family. But one exception: When Mommy is on a girl's trip in Florida having fun, she doesn't need a call from Daddy to tell her that Kyndal has a huge boo boo above her right eye and needs stitches!! (Bandaid covering it in this pic.)
Witnessed by cousin Lydia only, this is the story we have: While at Nana and Pa's house with other family too, Kyndal fell off the couch and hit the edge of the coffee table just right. I'm so grateful it wasn't any worse.
I think Dad did the right thing to wait until I got home. What good would have the information done me in Florida? Nothing, but worry. Dad said she cried for 5 minutes and then the episode was over. He's just lucky it happened at Nana and Pa's house and not when he was sitting around with his buddies having a beer. Pretty sure he would have been accused of NOT watching my baby!! Every kid needs a few good stitches huh? Eight in this case!
