Veteran's Day

 You know those snapshots through life that you just won't forget?  This will be one of them.
Since the 2nd grade program was during November, they made it a tribute to our veterans.
Pa.
They sang all the military anthems along with other patriotic good ol' ones.

 Codey was selected as one to read his letter (that was addressed to our good buddy Brad and Pa, both Marines) to the audience.

 My head swung back and forth between Codey and Pa during the letter and I couldn't fight the knot in my throat.  Such pride I had for my dad and my boy.

 I know Pa won't forget this moment either!
