Hum, hum...trying to get back into my blogging. Be patient with me!
Fourth of July in our 'hood starts early with a neighborhood parade finished with an ice cream party. Of course (above) this is my only pic. Codey is in the mass somewhere and Kyndal is in the stroller in the front. I was a sweaty nightmare by the end, but hey, it was for the kids!
Then we went to get a few fireworks for the evening...just a few easy ones. What you see below is Kyndal's unhappy face...because she doesn't like fireworks and didn't support us buying any!

Our Cowley friends were in town again for the 4th so we needed to get together and celebrate!
Coach Troy is explaining to kids the rules of fireworks. That's my safety boy.
He prefaced it with an Independence Day lesson...pretty cute!
