Colorado (Part 1)

Off on the road for our summer vacay in CO.  (Be prepared, it's hard for me to cut pictures when I think this is one of the most beautiful places in the world!!!)  And...I apologize for the poor iphone quality of some!
Above...the kids were AWESOME in the car.  Thanks to Pinterest.  They had maps and had to watch the cities pass.  As we hit certain cities they got a bag to open that had a craft and a special yummy treat.  It was brilliant!
We stopped in Denver to see my high school and college BFF, Jaime and her family....running through REI here.  Neglected to get a pic of her, but soooooo good to see her as always!

Then off to Winter Park to meet my parents, my brother and his family, my aunt, uncle, cousins and their kids.  Nana helping de-bug Kyndal's feet so she can put shoes back on!

It was fun to see the kids all together.  Cousins that didn't know each other but all got along great!  Aunt Louann pushes Oly and Codey.

Ladies reunited:  Aunt Louann, Cousins Jessie and Leslie, me, Brandi (Mike's wife)

I was so excited to meet this one, Skylar, Jessie's 2 yr old babe!

It's been so long since we've all been together so it was awesome to sit on our deck and just tell stories.

Skylar and Oly were closet in age and immediate good cousins.

Even though these two live 15 mins. apart, we don't see each other enough so Julia and K had fun together.

LOVED our little house in Winter Park...perfect for the 19 of us!

This is what I saw the first morning I woke up....really folks?  There is mountain air outside!!  What could be more important?

Like this...Leave it to my hubby to have the family stocked up.

Oly (4) and my cousin Mike.

We hiked Adam's Falls...the whole crew...kids were troopers!

Brandon and Liam (with the best view.)

I can't EVER get tired of looking at this.  Not sure I'm living in the right state!

My brave little girl got the guts to do the alpine slides.  She had fun, but probably won't admit it!

(more to come..lots more!)
