Those who know me, I'm a bed maker. If we have to be late somewhere in order to get the beds made, we are late. Something about made beds makes me feel as if the house is put together!
So, when first grade started, the new rule was: dressed for school and bed made before you leave your room!! Honestly, he does a great job. But like his dad, can never take work too seriously! Even at 7:30 in the morning, Codey has to make himself giggle. Sometimes they are where they should be, sometimes they are at the opposite end of the bed, against the wall, anywhere.
And you know how hard it was for me NOT to fix this. I left it, I promise! And I giggled too. Thanks Codey for being this kind of kid! Love you!
