Lovely Laguna

The first time we heard we were going to Laguna Beach 2 years ago I immediately thought of the spoiled rich brats from MTV's Laguna Beach. There definitely is money here but you wouldn't know from just meeting the locals. Everyone we met in our 2 visits were friendly and loved their town. What's not to love about Laguna.

Here was our not-so-bad view of the ocean! Our favorite little breakfast/lunch spot: The Cottage. So incredibly yummy.

We found 2 types of people here. 1. Those that obviously look like they have a lot of money and 2. the granola-tree-loving type. And they fit together so well.

The sunset was never ugly.

Nor was the Montage, the pool, or plants and flowers. Every employee at the Montage will WOW you.

In In Style magazine Jennifer Aniston said that "this" spot by the firepit at the Montage in Laguna is her most favorite place. I guess my rear has sat in the same spot hers did!! :)

We also spotted Richie Sambora and Ashely Judd here. Guess we're not the only one that loves this place!

The homes on the beach were pretty awesome. Troy and I thought we'd buy this one for our winter home...HAAAA...right!

It was a great trip with great friends.

We had a lot to celebrate!

We are so grateful Troy found this company so many years ago that works together so well. They are great co-workers, people and friends. (Not sure why we all look so short and stocky in this pic!)

I'm pretty sure when these 6 guys are together, it's only business. No fun! Ok, yep, they have fun too!
